Comes with exactly what you see pictured. Then stored it in a cabinet my nonsmoking, pet-free home. I used only a few times I don't listen to music much. I just plugged it in for the first time years.

Also, when adjusting the volume, I noticed a little static. User guide, quick steps installation guide. I m not sure if this is usual or not, but you can hear the CD actually spinning. Please look closely at all photos.
