It comes complete with Cybernet fm stereo tuner pack, one set of Cybernet stereo headphones with two new sets of ear pads, red and black, a brown leather carry case for the tuner and the stereo cassette player and shoulder strap. A great piece for the collector or nostalgia buff. The battery compartment is clean with no battery residue or corrosion.

I tested the unit with a new set of batteries and it plays well and the stereo tuner adapter received all of the local stations pretty clear. The player has jacks for two sets of earphones and external power jack. The stereo uses three AA batteries not included.
