The player is free of scratches and good working order. Replacement batteries for the lip-10 are sold on, Asian b00009r8f2, and at other online battery stores. The battery is charged by leaving unit plugged in with inside for 6 hrs or so. It does not include the manual or headphones with inline remote controller.
