The sony wm f404 is one of the best made machines of its time. Here is a sony wm f404 Walkman cassette player recorder with am fm stereo radio. It had every available feature,plus a few new ones that included mega bass, and ability to use a flat gum stick battery.

All other functions are tested and working. Also included is the original stereo microphone and AA battery box, a copy of the users manual, and a pair of new Walkman earphones. Although this player can auto reverse, or play in the reverse direction, only forward play direction is working.

This is a great compact recorder and makes good recordings. It now plays a cassette tape with good sound. It has a few scratches and some areas of discolor. I have replaced the drive belt, cleaned and serviced the player.

The am fm radio is also in good working order. I did some recordings from the fm radio, and live using the supplied microphone.
